1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing LAVITU's services you consent to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and LAVITU. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LAVITU provides AI-powered short-form video content creation services for local businesses, including but not limited to Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts, along with scripting, captions, hashtag strategies, content calendars, and account management.

The exact deliverables, monthly volume, and turnaround depend on the plan you select at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase, and we may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Partial months are not refunded.

5. The 30-Day Guarantee

If your engagement metrics do not increase after 30 days of posting, your next month is free. To qualify, you must post all delivered content, avoid unapproved changes to it, submit analytics screenshots, and claim within 7 days after the 30-day period ends.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You own the final content once payment is complete. LAVITU retains the right to use delivered work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

You confirm that you own, or have the necessary permissions for, any materials you provide to us.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide raw content (photos and videos) in a timely manner, grant any account access required to deliver the services, approve content within 48 hours, and not misrepresent your business.

8. Account Access & Security

For posting services, you grant us access to the relevant social media accounts, which we use solely to post approved content. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee the absolute security of third-party platforms.

9. Use of AI Technology

Our services utilise artificial intelligence tools for content generation, editing, and optimisation. All content is reviewed by our human team before delivery. We make no specific guarantees about performance or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

LAVITU is not responsible for changes in social media platform algorithms, or for account restrictions or bans imposed by those platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LAVITU harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Porto.
